Win a fabulous £70 ‘Weird But True!’ Bundle of NG Kids goodies!| #LittleStuff24

Advent Calendar Door Ten

“Jooooooy to the world….”

Behind door number ten of the 2017 #LittleStuff24 is your chance to win a fabulous NG Kids Megabundle!

When I was a kid, I was obsessed by ‘interesting facts’ that I used to ‘entertain’ people with. Even now I can reel off a string of amazing things you may not know, like the fact that your foot is the same length as the distance between your wrist and the inside of your elbow. Or did you know that the Colosseum in Rome had a retractable roof two thousand years ago? Or that the Cookie Monster’s real name is Sid?
I know! You’re welcome!
It was a habit I thought I had grown out of – until I had children. And then hurray hurrah hurroo, I grew a new batch of small people who had the same love of weird facts!

Any books crammed with totally-irrelevant-but-strangely-addictive information are always total winners for birthday and Christmas gifts (even now, when my weird-things-obsessed little cherubs are 6? tall solo-travelling teenagers with scraggly beards. You’ve got to love a good Panda fact*, haven’t you?)

So when we saw the National Geographic Kids have released a shiny new ‘Weird but True!’ 2018 Annual we may have rubbed our hands in glee. And when they asked if we’d like to give a few copies away?
Well, SOLD, people!

This bulging compendium is loaded with jaw-dropping, eye-popping, brain-bending facts and bright, bold photography!

Based on the popular National Geographic Weird but True! Series, this new annual pairs the planet’s quirkiest, wackiest facts with the coolest and strangest true stories. Ranging from geographical curiosity to animal wonders, gross inventions to weird food, the Weird but True! Annual 2018 sparks children’s natural curiosity about the world around them.

And we have a copy for you to win of course – and because it gets lonely when it travels alone, it’s coming out to the winner with a bunch of its best mates. There’s a National Geographic Land and Water Exploration Set, a National Geographic Hand Microscope and a National Geographic child binocular too. I know – your small explorer will be SO well kitted up they’ll be just begging for outdoors adventures!

So how d’you go about winning that fabulous £70 bundle? Simples!
Just answer the first three questions in the widget box below. There are more chances to win by completing the other entry options if you so wish – they’re entirely up to you!  The closing date for this competition is 15th January 2018 and only entries received on or before that date can be included. The winner will be the first randomly chosen correct entry. Good luck!

*All pandas in the world are on loan from China! On top of that, if a cub is born whilst the panda’s are ‘on loan’ – the zoo is charged an extra one-time “baby tax”, and the baby also belongs to China.

(and don’t forget once you’re done here, there’s still all the other competitions running, with prizes worth over £4,000 in the rest of #LittleStuff24 – go enter them all!)

Author: Laura

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
