WIN a set of Letts KS1 Practice Books TODAY! #Revision

We’re really excited to be working with Letts on a brilliant #Revision competition event for you. As any parent knows, every school year has it’s ups and downs… but there are some that are bigger than others. Usually those are the ones that end in some serious tests. Of course, there’s the big ones, GCSE’s and A-Levels, and lower down the school system there’s the much-hated SATS for Yr6’s (if you happen to live in the right area there’s the 11+ as well) – and there’s even the SATS for KS1 7yr olds.

Of course some of these mean more to you as a parent than others, but you always want to help your child do the best they can. We all feel far less stressed about tests if we’re prepared and ready for them, and even young children feel the pressure if they’re worrying that they haven’t got what it takes to pass.  Having some revision and practice books to use at home is a great way to practice in a relaxed and comfortable environment – so we got together with Letts to create a week’s worth of prizes that cover every school age for you. Take a look at their range of fun and engaging learning and revision books for children of all ages and abilities. With the needs of different types of learner at the heart of its approach, Letts provides every student with the resources they need to improve performance in the skills, topics and subjects taught at school.

So here’s how it’s going to work. Firstly, you’re going to stay focussed, people. This moves FAST. We’re going launch a new competition every day this week, right on the dot of midnight. That competition will run for just 24hours. Yep – one day only.
At midnight it closes – BANG. Just like that. Door slams. No more room. But fret not, because where one door closes… a shiny new competition door opens.
And so we go again – another 24hrs to enter the next competition. Every day for a week.

I know!

Now, for Day One we’re starting with Key Stage 1 (and yes, that’s still infant school for those of us elderly enough to remember such things…). And when I say that, I do mean the whole of KS1 – this is pretty much an entire Set of Practice Books for 5-7yr olds.

So how to enter and win this fabulous bundle to help your child confidently ease through their KS1 SATS? Why just use the magickery below! Answering the first question is compulsory, then there’s the usual extras for showing some love on the interwebs if you feel so inclined.

The closing date for this competition is, of course, midnight tonight the 4th April 2016; only entries received on or before that date and time can be included. The winner will be the first randomly chosen entry. Good luck!

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
