Valentine’s Flowers – it’s not just about the red roses…

Yes yes yes. It’s but TWO days away – and whilst we love a Valentine’s Gift that is a little different, quirky or original… there is absolutely nothing wrong with receiving some beautiful Valentine’s Flowers either.

Nothing wrong at ALL.

And it’s not just about the roses – love their glamourous velvety heads though I do, my practical side knows they just don’t last as long as I’d like them to.

Is there an alternative that won’t feel like a cop out when it’s handed over though?

Of course there flipping well is.

Look at this utterly gorgeous bouquet of red tulips from Interflora…

I love love LOVE it. And at under £30 including the vase, it’s not going to break the bank either. Or there’s the really lovely Mixed Globe, which has the obligatory single rose stem, but is surrounded by a whole ball of eye-popping hot pink and lime green. Stunning.

And if you do happen to be leaving it til the last minute, then don’t despair – if you head on over to Interflora you can order up to 11a.m. on the 14th, and your bouquet will STILL arrive with your love to ask that special someone to be your Valentine.
Just don’t sign the card; keep them guessing…

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
