Simply fabulous kids clothes for the Great Outdoor Adventures

One thing you learn really fast is that when you’re hiking, comfort is where it’s at. Seriously. You do NOT want to be walking for miles in trousers that rub, a top that rides up or a waterproof that cuts of circulation at the wrists.

Even the children know this, and they don’t need reminding what to select when told ‘we’ll be walking today’. So what do they choose? Well – our recent trip to Wales was a case in point.

pure cotton outdoor trousers for girls

These trousers. Perfect for walking/climbing/outdoors-ing. Just.. perfect.

Pure cotton, with a wide soft hugely comfy waistband, and the legs have poppers so they can convert to 3/4 legs. Pink wears them endlessly.

kids tough outdoor clothes

They really are the toughest trousers she’s worn – but so comfy she loves to wear them, and the splash of colour makes them just pretty enough. And they wash and dry in a zip, making them uber-practical too.
Oh, and the purple sweater on Boy?

outdoors oractical boys cotton sweater

ALSO worn endlessly. Pure cotton fleece, and the more you wash it the softer it gets. The colour is gorgeous, the fit is fabulous, and it’s Boys favourite item of clothing.

Practical, good quality, and fabulous to look at – what more do you ask for in children’s clothes? Oh, you want a bargain too?

Well, I can probably help you out there too…

Pink’s trousers are currently reduced from £19.o0 to £9.50. That’s less than £10 for these amazingly fab trousers – and they come in a whole range of colours too, in sizes 2-14years.

And Boys delicious purple Sweater sadly doesn’t come in Mum-size, but is also available for 2-14 yr olds, and in two colours. And is currently on sale, reduced from £16 to £11.20. Total bargain.

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
