Gorgeous Tall Floral Maxi Dress – Holiday Wardrobe Essentials for Tall Girls

I’ve already written about the fabulous swimsuit that I found over on Long Tall Sally for this summer (which is now sold out… you snooze, you lose ladies…).
But they’ve got two other items which are absolutely, completely, totally, essential for your holiday packing.

First up was The Tall Linen Tunic – and now there’s the Tall Floral Maxi Dress.

Oh how I love this season’s look! I know lots of women hate it, but when Maxi’s come in, we tall girls cheer. Finally a style we can join in with.
Until, of course, you realise that every Maxi dress you try on is actually mid-shin or above-the-ankle, and not a maxi dres sat all.

Ugh.

Thankfully that’s never the case at LTS – when they say Maxi, they me=an floor-skimming even if you’re practically 6′.

But this Mono Flower Bandeau Maxi dress in particular is wonderful, and I love it really very much a lot.
The viscose fabric is cool and slippery as it slithers soothingly on – and of course that also means it can travel rolled into a tiny ball scrunched in the corner of your suitcase, and arrive at your destination wrinkle-free and ready to go.

The bold floral print is bang on trend, without being overly-bright or ‘too girly’ for me, and the bandeau styling with the slender belt give it enough shape to make it figure-flattering even on curves like mine.

It’s fine for a day meandering through Bordeaux, and equally at home sipping cocktails under the stars.

I love – and shan’t be leaving home without it this summer.

The Mono Flower Bandeau has been reduced on LTS from £60 down to a bargainous £45 (it’s worth every single penny. Snap it up), and is available in sizes 10 to 22.

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
