Family Day Out review – At-Bristol

*exhausted yawn*
We spent the day today at Explore-At-Bristol – a science attraction entirely designed around families. Never mind looking for the childrens section – this whole place is wall-to-wall interactive learning.

Full review is coming over LittleStuff soon, but here’s a few pics from the day:

Toby examining his own eye with much fascination –

I took the younger boys into the planetarium, and whilst we were in there Mr Laura couldn’t tear Ella away from the magnifying glass and small creatures. Perfect tired-girl activity in the ppost-lunch lull –

Family Portrait… hot stuff, eh?

The Fibre Optic strips outside the planetarium were utterly beautiful and strangely hypnotic. And of course immense fun to run through…

The Captain and his co-pilot were a little frustrated by the wayward flight crew. You just can’t get the staff…

Author: Laura

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
