Spotted! Gorgeous slippers from Ruby & Ed
Yes, it’s that time of year again… and we’re on the hunt for pretty toe warmers. Naturally, the first stop was at Ruby & Ed – and looks what’s nestled in this years collection? Isn’t it joyous? I love this piece of silly froth, and would adore wrapped sweetly around my chilly feet this winter.. The Lichen Posy Mules are £34 from the always-ruddy-marvellous Ruby & Ed’s site. Be warned...
When you’re having one of those days…
When you’re having a day like I’m having today, I’m thinking it might not be a bad idea to have one of these hanging somewhere highly visible. You never know what a little positive suggestion can do *eyes the rest of the day and waits expectantly for something good to show up…* The Expect A Miracle sign is available for £16.50 from the always delightful Jonny’s Sister.

Why on earth would a reputable and stylish childrenswear company think that this was something...
Birthdays in the Biomes

They look fab for all ages, too – for 3-5yrs there’s sessions based around music and dance or storytelling and veg planting. 5-8yr olds get a day full of magic and mystery awaits with either a pirates or a fairies theme. The children will be able to go on an adventure through the Biomes, collecting treasure along the way. The older 8-12yr...
Red Leather Mary Janes. Girl Shoe Heaven
Recently we were asked to review some school shoes for Start Rite. No problemo – with four children, keeping up with school shoes is a perennial issue. No the problem came when I forgot it was the daughter who needed new shoes. The daughter who apparently has an inbuilt genetic attraction for shoe shopping. Seriously – it took us AGES to get to the practical black ones, because we just happened across these little flashes...
