Just look at that! A great big bundle of the very best new titles from Puffin this Autumn, plus the everlasting classic that is the BFG – all perfect reading for your ‘tween’ (8-12yr old).

If you haven’t meandered over to the Puffin website recently then you really really should. Frankly it’s a treasure trove of awesome stuff – if your child loves books, they’ll adore it there. If your child doesn’t love books – they just might once they’ve had a snoop around. Obviously you find your next favourite book, but you can also run headlong into a brill character, or become the ultimate supreme conqueror of the quizzes!

And like I said – if you’re struggling to get your child interested in reading, then this is THE place to bring them. Puffin make apps, audiobooks, and videos, and you can go and explore them all.

So – this dandy fine parcel of reading contains:

  • Clover Moon by Jacqueline Wilson,
  • The Racehorse Who Wouldn’t Gallop by Clare Balding,
  • Magnus Chase & the Hammer of Thor by Rick Riordan,
  • The Christmasaurus by Tom Fletcher,
  • Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Double Down by Jeff Kinney,
  • Girl Online: Going Solo by Zoe Sugg and
  • The BFG by Roald Dahl

To win this brilliantly big bundle of amazing stores, please answer the first two questions in the widget box below. There are more chances to win by completing the other entry options if you so wish – they’re entirely up to you!  The closing date for this competition is 8th January 2017 and only entries received on or before that date can be included. The winner will be the first randomly chosen entry. Good luck!

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.

  1. Great competition, but clicking on the puffin books link was a fatal mistake for my bank account as I’ve seen loads more titles that my son (and me!) will love for Christmas.

    • Oh Helen. It’s BOOKS. You know that they don’t actually dent your bank account, it’s in the rules. Like food eaten standing up has no calories #TrueFact
