What WE Say...

As you would expect from Rod Campbell, this is such a sweet and charming book! Ella (18mths) adores it - not only can you not go wrong with a lift the flaps book, but we get to spot Sam the dog on every page (woof woof!), and practice animal sounds too. What more does a toddler need from one book?

The text is simple and repetitive - Ella already does a beautiful " Ot an tha' BEEEE?" (what can that BE?) - and the illustrations are clear and fun.

The board pages are strong enough for small fingers, and the flaps are easy to open, but sturdy and withstand some tough toddler handling. This one is a morning regular (its too noise for bedtime!).
