We were lucky to go to a special Leicester Square screening of Inside out – and before we went Disney sent a Sadness plush soft toy for 8yr old Bear.
Well – if you haven’t seen the movie, you’ll wonder why on earth you might want such a depressing soft toy sitting on your bed.
But after the movie?
Who doesn’t want a little Sadness Awesome to share their room with?
Anyhoo – as you can see, Sadness enjoyed her trip Up West no end… and she mastered the underground like a Boss. Even though she always looked slightly panicked as we navigated our way across London to Leicester Square…
As a plush – they don’t really come much finer (and yes, I know Disney toys are never the cheapest, but they’re ALWAYS excellent quality.). Or sweeter. Her face is embroidered – so no hard bits for very young fans – with gentle sparkles in her soft hair. Her woolly jumper makes you want a bigger size to snuggle in yourself. Plus – her feet. Oh, her FEET! So soft they’re starting to look a little grubby as Bear rubs them gently with an absent-minded thumb whenever she’s tired or reading.
