Win a gorgeous set of Children’s Atlases #SpringIntoLearning

We’re genuinely excited to be working with Collins in a brilliant campaign this Spring. As any parent knows, this time of year is marked by a Series of Unfortunate Events – some by the name of SATS, 11+, Mocks, GCSE’s and A Levels, others simply end of year exams.
But it’s not just about children cramming for exams – we ALL love to stretch our brain by learning new skills and trying new things. When learning is doing what you want to do, it simply doesn’t feel like learning – it’s interesting and fun. And so very satisfying!

So we worked with Collins to come up with a range of prizes for everyone – from activity books for the little ones through to some fabulous recipe books for the foodies.

This is Day seven – do check the competitions page if you’ve missed any of the others (and you can subscribe for email updates here to make sure you never miss us again).

Today we offer you the chance to literally give your child the world…

I used to LOVE the Atlas when I was small. This enormous book filled with amazing, exotically-named exciting places, lands I dreamed of visiting one day… Lying on the floor on a rainy Saturday afternoon, with this enormous jewel-coloured book spread out before me; every turn of one of its incredibly thin pages revealing new horizons and doorways to places that only really existed in my imagination.

These days, of course, Google Earth has taken a lot of the mystery away… but I find my children still love to look at the globe, to explore a world map and work out their place in the scheme of the planet.

So the final competition in our #SpringintoLearning series is a brilliant set of atlases for children –

  • Collins Picture Atlas
  • My First World Atlas
  • Primary Atlas
  • Children’s World

So how to get your hands on the range, and help your children start exploring the planet under their feet? Why just use the magickery below! First two options are compulsory, then there’s the usual extras for showing some love on the interwebs if you feel so inclined.

The closing date for this competition is 21st April 2015 and only entries received on or before that date can be included. The winner will be the first randomly chosen entry. Good luck!

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
