New Competition – ‘Being a Boy’ by James Dawson & Other Teenage Books to Win!

Being a Boy by James Dawson

‘Being a Boy’ by James Dawson

We all know what it was like to be a teenager – the secrecy, the funny feelings…not to mention the mood swings! However, times have certainly changed. None of us grew up with broadband. We will never, ever know what it is like to have high quality pornography delivered to our mobile phone as a ten year old. Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education (PSHCE) is not mandatory in schools. It’s a lottery as to whether children are receiving any of the healthy positive messages former PSHCE teacher and acclaimed YA author James Dawson lays down within the pages of Being a Boy.

James has also made a few short videos and this one is his message for parents;

We are delighted to be giving away a copy of Being a Boy and a selection of critically acclaimed teenage fiction, including Insignia (S.J.Kincaid), The Savages (Matt Whyman), Death & Co. (D.J McCune) and Boonie (Richard Masson), to one lucky winner in this competition.

To enter this competition, please answer the first three questions in the Rafflecopter box below. You will then be able to generate more entries by completing the other, optional, entry options. The closing date for this competition is Friday 8th November 2013 and only entries received on or before that date can be included. The winner will be the first entry, chosen randomly, with the correct answer.  Good luck!

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
