Finding just the right bedside lamp can be a challenge – you need one bright enough for reading… but that’s no good as a nightlight, is it? A-HA!

That is until you see the oh-so-gorgeous Sputnik Bedside lamp  AND night light.

It’s a simply stunning lamp, and oh-so-cleverly designed. Exclusive to our friends at Miniline lights, it has a fab soft white light which is perfect for reading by – but a dual switch, so you can turn the white bit off and just leave the coloured LED’s fore a softly glowing nightlight. How cool is THAT?

Designed for childrens rooms, it uses low voltage LED’s, so is never hot to touch – and I have to say that a certain boy in this house has been made muchos happy by its appearance in his room. At £55 it’s not cheap, but has such lasting value – and is lovely enough for a really special gift.
