Cath Kidston toddler nightie review
When you think of Cath Kidston you think vintage chic, yes? So when I was searching fruitlessly for a pretty toddler nightdress (having noticed a dearth of traditional nighties in the shops) I thought they might be worth checking.
My shopping-mama instinct was good – this nightdress from Cath Kids is just perfect! Thick and heavy brushed cotton, long sleeves for cooler nights, the chic floral print you would expect. Not only that but this particular nightie has gone through some pretty rigorous testing – Pink loves it, and insists on wearing it when she spots it post-bath. But she is NOT kind to it – morning breakfast usually adorns it very fast, sneaky early morning garden trips leave their mark and last week a sudden middle-of-the-night tummy bug tested it to its sick-repelling limits.
And yet… a cool wash and each time it appears in the drawer unmarked, softer than ever and ready for another toddler bashing.
Oh and there is the small matter of the way she looks in the mornings, all mussed hair, long nightie and pattering pink feet. Just too sweet…

Early morning and caught red handed in big brothers bedroom, so trying out the I'm-so-cute-you-can't-be-cross-with-me grin

The one where Pink totally rocks the nightdress/big brothers hiking boots/woolly hat/cooking spoons/grazed head look.
