Day 13 of #SummerStuff fortnight, and it’s a perfect one for the youngest in the family – Collins are offering one lucky reader a set of Early Learning activity books and a huge Stabilo set. Come on – what kid doesn’t want to win that HUGE bundle of pens to use in those books?!

Summer’s here, and long fun days stretch ahead of us. But amongst the picnics, movie nights and beach days there’s bound to be some rainy afternoons or quiet days where all you want to do is settle by the table and enjoy a peaceful activity together. And I’m not sure I’ve ever met a 4-7yr old that didn’t love some form of activity books. More structured than a daunting blank sheet of paper, there’s load sof scope for creativity whilst sneaking in a little learning while they’re not looking.

And of course the very best place to start that lifelong love of learning is right at the bottom of the learning tree with the 4-7yr olds. Waa-a-ay down near the ground, where the learning begins.
