Traditional Golden Advent Calender – Pre Christmas Shopping

traditionla advent calendarGorgeous.

I love the clever and pretty advent calendars, but there really is something to be said for the simple, old-fashioned doors, isn’t there?
Of all the times of year, Christmas is the season that we all love the traditional – and this Advent Calendar is a real beauty.

Never mind the before-breakfast chocs – all the excitement is in watching the doors gradually open up, revealing a new picture each day, and counting down the days until you get to open the big no.24.

The large Traditional Golden Advent Calendar was spotted over at HoneyJam, the traditional golden advent calendar can be yours for a bell under £5.

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.

  1. I have just bought a traditional Advent calendar this year as the chocolate ones have become too commercialised. These traditional ones are much nicer.
