New Competition! Win a two nights’ stay for two at Thistle Liverpool #ThistleChristmas

I know – Liverpoool wouldn’t be the first city that sprang to my mind for a short festive break either.

But.

But but but.

When Thistle Hotels got in touch and asked us to spread the news of their brilliant giveaway (all it takes is a tweet! ONE tweet!), I had a quick glance at what you could do while you were there.

Oh, please.

I SO want to go myself now!

It’s the Ice Festival that got me – the ‘urban ice experience that will put you in the Christmas spirit!’

Come rain, sleet or snow you’ll have a great time skating on the HUGE covered ice rink, and then you can relax and unwind in the Après Bar with a hot tipple. Personally I think I’d head for the Ice Bar though (yes, it really is made of ice). Plus there’s the not-inconsiderable matter of the real Ice Slide…

You could throw in a trip to the Panto (it’s Aladdin this year at the Empire), a seriously good dinner, naturally some of the Christmas shopping (or grab a sales bargain…). Who wouldn’t want to go?

What you could win

How to enter

To be in with a chance of winning, entrants must tweet a link to the Thistle Christmas Countdown page at http://bit.ly/1zjbNK3 and the Liverpool Atlantic Tower’s Christmas page here http://bit.ly/1uaxdJt using the hashtag #ThistleChristmas.

(not as complicated as it sounds – just visit the competition page at http://www.thistlechristmas.com/christmas-countdown/ and click the ‘tweet’ button at the bottom. It will create your tweet for you, and you just have to hit ‘go’!)

The prize is two night’s stay for two in an Executive Room at Thistle Liverpool, Atlantic Tower including breakfast, plus two tickets for the Magical Mystery Tour bus. Closing date is Wednesday 19th November 2014 at 10.00am. The winner will be chosen, then notified by DM on Twitter by Friday 21st November 2014, and the prize must be taken by 31st December 2014. Full T&C’s can be found at http://www.thistlechristmas.com/christmas-countdown/terms-and-conditions/.

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
