John Lewis – price-match + 3 year warranty on Apple products for September!

So they’re all back to school, or maybe setting off to Uni in just a few more days. And you’re starting to think that maybe they really do need that new laptop/desktop/tablet they’ve been badgering you for all summer.
john-lewis-price-matchWell before you head to your nearest High Street electrical store, make sure you check John Lewis. Possibly not your first thought, but seriously; I get all my big electricals from them. Because not only will they price match, but they also offer a two year guarantee as standard – which is twice that of most stores.

But bestie best of all right now, if you’re looking for an Apple product, they are offering a 3 Year Guarantee included at no extra cost (offer ends 24 September 2015).
Three years! That’s genuinely brilliant peace of mind for what could likely be the entire life of your computer (and that’s iPads as well as Macs), until you’re ready to upgrade to whatever gazillion-speed processor we happen to be using in 2018.
New Macbook Intel M

That means the New Apple MacBook, Intel Core M, 8GB RAM, 256GB, 12″ Retina Display come s in at £1,049, which matches the lowest price I can find elsewhere. But of course, Currys only offer the manufacturers 12mth warranty… It’s kind of a no-brainer, isn’t it?
The 2yr warranty is always great, but if you can, get in before the 24th September to make the most of that 3year offer. It’s totally worth it.

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
