Gorgeous new skincare brand needs your vote (they have mine!)

A new vegan-friendly, anti-pollution skincare brand that launched into the UK market in August, has already been shortlisted across three separate categories in The Beauty Awards 2019 with ASOS.

The range is made up of 27 different vegan-friendly skincare products that can be grouped together for every kind of skin type, from face serums and toners to moisturisers and body wash.

All products are cruelty-free, and free from parabens, mineral oils, toxins, artificial colours and synthetic perfumes.

Using natural science, all ingredients used ensure the products are natural and organic, as well as cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.
www.freyaandbailey.com was founded by skincare crusader Abbie Oguntade, whose experience within the skincare industry led her to create products that combat issues that Britons face every day with their skin to help combat the negative side effects of city living, which she believes can be attributed to a whole host of ailments and serious diseases.

The impact of pollution is unnoticeable to many. However, uneven skin, premature ageing, clogged pores and hyperpigmentation are all signs and symptoms of pollution damaging your skin. The Beauty Awards 2019 with ASOS required beauty brands to submit their products for review, and only the very best were shortlisted. This year, just three months after the brand’s launch, Freya + Bailey have been shortlisted across three different categories and they’ll be heading to the star-studded annual event to find out the results after a public vote.

The Freya + Bailey products and the categories they have been shortlisted in are as follows:

HEED! Marula Face Cleanser (£22) – Cleansing Champion 2019
Dry skin-boosting beauty that is enriched with marula and vitamin E – both known for their awesome ability to firm up and rejuvenate complexions. The natural ingredients make up 95% of the product, delivering an ultra-concentrated formula that not only promotes collagen production and brightens skin, but also delivers a super dose of antioxidants that clears away dead skin cells, dirt and excess oils that cause breakouts.

FORTE! Collagen Face Moisturiser (£46) – Moisturising Hero 2019
This luxurious skincare agent is rich, nourishing and naturally active, with over 95% natural ingredients, including AHA Fruit Acids. It also taps into the benefits of hyaluronic acid that makes skin smoother, brighter and plumper and also retinol, otherwise known as vitamin A, which increases the production of collagen and new blood vessels, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

RENDEZVOUS! Soufflé Body Moisturiser (£20) – New Naturally Derived Product 2019
An intensely hydrating and restorative cream, this cocktail of vitamins and fruit extracts promotes a smoother, more toned body contour with the ultimate silky-soft glow.

The voting for The Beauty Awards 2019 with ASOS is now open and votes can be made via the following link http://bit.ly/32fbzHy. Voting closes on the 8th November 2019 and the ceremony will be held at City Central at the HAC on 25th November 2019.

“As you can imagine, as a start-up brand this is really, really exciting for us. We have complete faith in our amazing products, and it’s great to get that recognition from such a respected panel as The Beauty Awards 2019 with ASOS, which are made up of the movers and shakers in beauty! We’re hoping that people get behind us and that things go well for Freya + Bailey in the voting, but even to have been shortlisted is an absolute honour.”

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
