Review: SanDisk Extreme® USB 3.0 Flash Drive. Stop YAWNING, it’s good!
I would like to tell you how fabulous this little USB stick is. How fast it works, how sturdy it is. But sadly I can’t. Because I opened the pack, put it on my desk, and it disappeared. Quicker than you can say STICK it had vanished into the clutches of a grasping teenager. “Oh aces, thanks Mum, I totally need this to get my I.T. in tomorrow” And so it was gone. Oh I have seen it again. When it has been dutifully...
Spotted! Tiny Tim Booklight – an anglepoise lamp for your book!
LOVE this little lamp! Since falling in klve with my kindle I have been hunting for the perfect light-of-pretty that lets me read it whilst the husband is catching up with Match of the Day (I much prefer a small light on my book to having the big lamp in the room on). And so, I was made mucho happy-oh when I spotted this perfect little anglepoise lamp for books! Isn’t it gorgeous? The Tiny Tim Book Light comes in red or black,...
The Polar Express Experience? I won’t risk it.

It looked a bit like this… Well, it was triggered by a few companies who all happened to land in my inbox in the space of half an hour – and Staples was one of them, for running a ‘Mumpreneur of the Year 2012’ competition in conjunction with Netmums. It’s actually a totally fantastic...
Mumpreneurs My Arse.
Today I have received three different emails, from three different sources, all along the same theme. And all three had me grinding my teeth in an attractive snarly fashion. The first? “Staples® UK is today launching their search to find the ‘Mumpreneur of the Year’ in partnership with Netmums.” The second, which landed just a few minutes later? “Nectar Business… recently held their Small Business Awards and I...
Review – Mac & Ninny Bookplates from The Wise House
Bookplates. I love them. I always have done. As a child, opening up a book and seeing the official ‘This is MINE!’ sticker was always brilliant (maybe because I was the last of four, and very little actually was ‘mine’, most things were my sisters first…). So when The Wise House sent these Mac & ninny bookplates to review, I couldn’t resist them. They’re GORGEOUS! And much nicer than I...
