We’re loving Collins Snap Revision for Easy English GCSE Revision

If you own a 15 or 16yr old, chances are stress is being to run high in your house right now. GCSE mocks are done, the actual real exams are looming scary-fast, and across the land GCSE students are searching high and low for some easy English GCSE revision.

So – we thought we’d gently point you in the direction of these – Collins Snap Revision Guides.

Because we think they’re flippin’ brilliant.

These aren’t in-depth course books, and they’ll in no way replace a chunk of course notes if you’re hoping to bone up on a years study in the next 5 weeks. But if you’re looking for a simple, clear and concise refresher for the trickiest topics, or are struggling with a particular aspect of the course, then these gems are absolutely for you (or your teen – you know what I mean…).

They’re simply ace for running through the topic and reassuring yourself you do know your stuff – or else for throwing up a gap in what you know.

The handy format revision guide focuses on certain aspects you might need – for example the English Reading one above looks at the reading paper in a really easy to access style that will have all the help you need to do better in the exam!

You can see all the Collins GCSE Snap revision guides on the Collins site here – some aren’t released until later this year, but search for the ones you’re looking for, they’ll be in the list, and at just £2 each it’s hard to imagine why you wouldn’t

Author: Laura

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
