Blankie Bear by Gagagoogoo® is the brainchild of Mark and Louise Sinclair. Mark saw children dragging round their ‘blankie’s’ and was convinced that there must be another way of creating a comforter that would be more hygienic, but that could also grow with the child and so Blankie Bear was born. These amazing comforters are fully washable, suitable from birth and for sensitive skins. They are made from luxuriously soft materials that a baby and child will love forever.

The blanket is made up of 2 layers - a soft jersey underneath with luxurious velboa on top. The teddy part of Blankie Bear is also made of velboa which is suitable for sensitive skins, and has a lovely squishy filling - perfect for cuddling. Blankie Bear has been made to exceed all safety standards and is completely safe to give to a baby and is also fully washable. Blankie Bear by Gagagoogoo is the ultimate blanket comforter for any child, not only can they snuggle into the soft blanket they also have a lovely friendly teddy to play with.

What WE Say...

A soft, cuddly, friendly, comforting teddy bear can be a wonderful thing indeed. When a child takes a teddy bear into their heart and bonds with them and loves them it can be a VERY wonderful thing. Made even more wonderful if the darn thing can be whizzed up in the washing machine when some horrid, sticky, smelly, yucky ‘stuff’ gets all over poor Ted!

The Blankie Bear by Gagagoogoo is one such magical teddy bear. In fact, he’s more than just a teddy bear because inside the pouch on his back is a small, soft and just-perfect-for-clutching-in-a-small-fist blanket that folds out and has Blankie Bear sitting tucked up and proud in the middle of the blanket. Very useful for placing over a child’s lap while they are sitting in the car or in their buggy. Tuck the blanket away again and his legs re-appear and he’s now a tuck-under-your-arm teddy bear ready for action.

The Blankie Bear has been given a very contended cuddle and thumbs up by both Ella and Ben. Ella likes to sleep with him tucked at the top of the cot, just within reach should she need to check he’s still there. Ben likes to drag him around, throw him down the stairs and tackle him for an oh-so-tight squeeze at any time of day or night.
