New Stuff: New Competition – WIN tickets to the Ideal Home Show. http://t.co/xsADq95y
You saw you can win tickets to the Ideal Home show, yes? The lack of entries so far suggest a high chance of… http://t.co/qFqNMoYL
I would have swimming pool on the side, heated to bath temperture ,oh yes and a large kitchen and cellar full of champagne so the staff could cook for me Darling.xx
It would have to be an Olympic sized swimming pool, including diving boards, plus a full sized floodlit all weather football pitch and a robot to do all of the mundane tasks, such as cleaning, ironing etc.
Pretty please may I have –
1) A helter skelter type slide from the top floor down to the basement landing in a massive pile of cushions…
2) My own ten-pin bowling alley, so I can practise as much as I want and not look silly when I go out and can’t do it….. (I would of course let all me friends round to practise too.)
3) A surfing simulator, like you see on those cruise ship adverts. Looks like so much fun!!!
I’ve asked really nicely and said PLEASE ;-) xxx
There is a house that just exists in my imagination.
The perfect place to spend some hours of peace and relaxation.
In the corner of this special place stands a wood-burning stove.
Surrounded by my bookshelves – my personal treasure trove.
A bedroom with a king-sized bed – a bed I wouldn’t share!
With a spa bath in the en-suite to soothe away my cares!
When life gets on top of me I hold on to this dream.
A sanctuary built for me alone with my ideal colour scheme!
Definitely one of those infinity pools with the hot tub on the side, and we better make it heated…although if we are talking ideal I am sure it will be in some nice hot country so maybe that isn’t needed ;)
Some amazing artwork for the most amazing room in the house-I would love some art work that was a talking point as well as a focal one.
And umm, self cleaning bathroom and kitchen (come on this day in age someone should be able to come up with that shouldn’t they)! And they would be such lovely bathrooms and kitchens.
We can dream can’t we ;)
I’d love to have a huge bright modern wood conservatory on the back of the house which would incorporate a top-of-the-range kitchen, a beautiful dining area and squishy sofas so all the family could spend the day in there.
I’d have a huge hallway with a real wow-factor staircase with glass steps and, along the side of it, a slide so the children could come downstairs quickly when I call them for their tea! Huge fun.
As well as that, I’d have a ‘book nook’ – an area filled with shelves of books, floor to ceiling and lots of comfy seating so I could sneak away into the nook when I needed some quiet time. With a lock on the door! lol
A library – to hold our ever-growing collection of books – who would have thought 3 people could own so many.
Solar panels, photovoltaics and wind-turbines – so that we live as green-ly as possible.
A decent-sized guest room – so we could invite our friends and relations to stay once in a while.
All of the above, or even one of them, would make a huge difference to our home. I’m not asking for much!
I’d like a lounge with ceiling to floor glass windows and a view of the sea
I’d like a master bedroom with a balcony
A garden with a covered patio and a hot tub
I can just imagine myself in this house!
My 3 items are – large rooms, south facing garden with heated swimming pool, a spa and gym
I would love a massive wine cellar, fully stocked of course,so I would never have to go to the supermarket for 3 for a tenner offers again!
A state of the art movie theatre were I could indulge in the odd bottle of wine from the aforementioned massive wine cellar.
A fairytale garden with a pool surrounded by weeping willows were I could lounge, preferably with a glass of wine from my massive wine cellar.
Leonardo de Caprio wouldl be a nice touch too!
Four Poster Bed – to sleep on
Massive Gas Range Cooker – to cook on (or the maid to)
Swimming Pool and patio area – to relax in/on
Ensuite for all bedrooms
Walk in wardrobe
And a ballroom for entertaining
I would love a conservatory, new garden furniture and some lovely cold white wine
I would love a huge, fantastic open-plan kitchen complete with island unit and state of the art kitchen apllicances which would look onto an amazinggarden through bi-fold doors. Upstairs would be one huge bedroom which would be filled with the biggest bed imaginable. Outside would be an olympic sized swimming pool!
An olympics sized pool, A play room for the boys and a cleaner to keep it all tidy!!
