Spotted! Perfectly pretty picnic basket.

Oh. Gorgeous. So perfect. I have one of those big square wicker hampers for picnics. Which is truly wonderful. But when you’re picnicking at any distance from the car, they’re HEAVY to lug. And awkward. And full of sharp pointy corners.

When it’s just a few rolls, some apples and a bottle of something delicious for the two of you, how about looping this little woven basket (from water hyacinth! How lovely?) over your arm as you skip through the daisies?
