Plum Baby Food – Plum Lovely!

We gave the tough job of reviewing the box of Plum Baby Food to Jake (he was assisted a little with the typing by Mummy Pol). Here’s what they thought:

Jakes review -

Did you get all that? Just in case – here it is again…

That’s probably everything you need to know, but just in case, here’s what Pol thought…

Well, what can I say, I have a boy who loves his food, so I knew these would be a big hit before we tried them!  Jacob tried the Lamb and Sweet Potato, the Carrot and Lentil with cheddar, the Apple and Prune Breakfast, and the Spelt finger biscuits with pomegranate.
I’ve actually never found a Lamb based baby meal that Jake likes – but he wolfed this one down! Equally so the Carrot and Lentil with Cheddar… which I found perfect for taking out and about as it is nice fed at room temperature (as it doesn’t contain meat).

The breakfasts were a big hit too, as well as being ideal for the weekend away we went on – saved carting around a big box of Weetabix!
The Spelt fingers he wasn’t so keen on – the floor of Wagamamas was rather biscuity by the time we’d eaten. But then he’s probably been spoilt by the Jaffa cakes his older siblings keep feeding him on the sly.
So not only did Jake love the Plum organic baby food, I loved them too. They contain no junk, come in handy little tubs for popping into your bag, and come in appealing flavours. I’d bought the earlier stage of Plum fruit purees which Jake also loved, and we’ve recently bought some of the next stage 10month meals which the boy is happily working his way through.

A firm favourite in our house!
