Blog Love – Sea and Wood

DaisyI literally fell into this blog following a trail on facebook (like you do). One of my own friends ‘liked’ one of the posts, so I went to see

what she liked, and found myself lost in a new blog for 30 minutes going ‘ooooh!’ occasionally. Then I realised it was Friday, it is Blog Love day, and I just found me the perfect post! Serendipity.

So, Sea and Wood is the journal of Caroline Wood. It is a craft blog – kind of. More knitting/crochet/needlework/mumblog… gah, the best way to describe it is the Carolines own description – “I like stuff. Better still, I like making stuff out of other stuff, old stuff, dead stuff; I like turning it round and round and upside down, sticking sparklies on it, making something fun or beautiful or useful out of something ugly, and best of all I like it when it doesn’t cost much. Everybody needs gorgeous stuff – but why buy it when you can have all the fun of chasing it”

And we all know how much we like stuff round here, yes? Go, look at the beeyootiful crochet and enjoy. And I have to say that I seriously want ME some of those daisy buttons!

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way. I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing. I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004. I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.
